Ground breaking!!!

wo-hoo, just finished attending the ground breaking ceremony...
my church which is PENANG FIRST is building a MULTI-PURPOSE MINISTRY COMPLEX (MMC)...
n today is the day where all the church members gather at the MMC land to break the ground...
the place is superbly nice n all glory goes to God for He provided us with such a beautiful land...
we are all so happy n joyous this day...
all programs went awesomely well... n thk God for the superbly good weather...not too hot n it didnt rain!!! *wohoo*

i was already at MMC land @ 7.00am... n there were a hand full of ushers already...
the place was crowded with ppl in red tee shirts...
everyone was helping out keeping the place in order n arranging stuff...
then, it was like 8.00 am when all the ppl started walking into the land...
loads of ppl... this is like the first time i witness a ground breaking ceremony with like thousands off ppl participating...it is so cool...
ahhh, so at around 9.00 am Ps. Jimmie started the event with a prayer n the programs started to run...
we *IGNITE YOUTH* were in charge of praise n worship...
the there was a performance by the little kiddos from our church's taskas...*they are like so cute but i missed their performance -sobs*
then Ps. Marcus our church senior pastor came on stage to say a few words n did a tree planting event...
we planted a tree called pinang raja for it has significance in a christian life...
the tree is said to be able to withstand all types of weather...
n that is what our christian life should be... firm n strong in the Lord...
btw, did i mention our MMC is located near the sea... so nice...
can see the sun rise from there... n also the beautiful creations of God Himself...
so after tree planting...there was this balloon releasing thingy that went on... n all the balloon flew up into the sky...multi colour balloon every where... such a nice shot scene..then, the registered participants who took part in buying a spade did some ground breaking work *super tuff work* n dig the ground...
i was one of the participants *represent the IGNITE YOUTH* n i tell u... the land is hard... haha :)
then we were given a cute little souvenier... a pewter spade...*cool*
the participants actually paid rm 1000 for the spade...
n the money is used to build our MMC... n in 2 more years when i am 18 or 19 years old...

MMC WILL BE READY!!! WOHOO

2 years will be very fast n God is fulfilling His promises every minute...

well, ppl started goin off after the ground breaking thingy but some stayed on to have lunch there at the land... our church also had like a mini food fair there n all the money collected is channeled to the fund raising...
during the process when everyone is eating *including me =.="* they called for the worship team... argh, i couldnt finish me nasi lemak n had to go on stage T.T
but serve God first ma so ma go gila on stage again...
but this time is youth style la... *jump...jump...jump...*
was nice la n it is an awesome experience to serve in the ground breaking ceremony...
i cant believe it that the IGNITE YOUTH are the first ppl to worship God on the land that God has promised us... *FUN*
the programs were set to end at 12:30 but it just ended at 10:00...
which was super early so the youths rocked the stage la...

oh God pls bless me with a brand new computer... *amen*

so, i am now at the office typing this post which is kinda long...
cant wait for tonite's ignite service...haha :)
